Introduction

This section is available immediately and you should read it now that you’ve enrolled on the course to prepare for the rest of the training. There’s just one short preparatory “Lesson”, a few pages long, and one short intake questionnaire to complete. (We’re not currently collecting data so this is just for your own self-evaluation and reflection.) If you want to learn more, there are also some optional materials on Stoicism.

For example, below you'll find the PDF of the report on Stoic Week 2014, with data from participants in the original program. You don't have to download and read this, though. It's optional.
